This fee is charged by Disney for each contract a seller owns. This amount is paid to Disney from the proceeds at closing.

DVC Market charges an 6.9% commission paid at closing.

There are no upfront or hidden fees of any kind.

Are there any other costs associated with selling? Yes, but those fees belong to the buyer.
